Can anyone tell me who the artist is and rough age of this?

It is Chinese
Title reads,
信心仰望　My Faith Looks up to Thee
A more clear readable photo of the colophon might tell us more about the picture,

Sorry, I had to resize photo's which made them go out of shape, obviously the painting should be oblong shaped. Here's some hopefully clearer photo's.
