Subject:Celadon bowls, mark translation help

Hello, I'm hoping someone can translate the marks on these celadon pots. They don't feel particularly old, but the elaborate story on the base of the taller bowl has me intrigued.

I couldn't find anything about the manufacturers. Both cups date from before the World WarII.
