Subject:Translation Please

A five character inscription (enhanced as best I could) from an ink on silk painting of a recumbent water buffalo. The painting is framed under glass, therefore difficult to photograph especially give the 100 Kb size limit on the website. Hopefully, the inscription will show up. I apologize for not being able to show the entire image, and thanks for any info you can provide.

Thank you so much! There is also a seal in red ink below the signature, but it is too faint to photograph without removing the glass.
