永勝彩記厰 - Yŏngshèng Căijì-chăng - Yongsheng (Eternal Victory) Ornamented Porclelain Factory

According to several Chinese language sources, it is the name of a Hong Kong-based company. Probably a painting-only studio, where blanks are imported from mainland China.

I cannot identify the coat of arms of European origin.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Gotheborg.com carries this as” Yong Sheng Cai Ci Chang (永勝彩瓷廠) - Yong Sheng (Eternal Victory) Painted Porcelain Factory”, in Hong Kong and probably 1970s.

Best regards,

Bill H.

I have responded to this query on the message board. Additionally, this modern take on a period armorial piece probably is, at least partially, based on the arms of the Dutch family Sichterman that had a squirrel as a crest symbol.Again, the lid, the spout and handle are not correct in shape. The enamels are modern and the loose brushwork is not close to 18th century quality. For those who read my note on the message board,I beg your forgiveness, but it was posted in both places.
