You have a creped Japanese woodblock print by Utagawa Kunisada III printed in 1868.

Below is a copy of the print that hasn't been cropped to fit in a frame.

I. Nagy should be able to tell you more about the print details.

The Courtesan Tsuyaame and Kaburo (Kamuro) Yoshino of Goseirō
House of Shin-Yoshiwara 1-chome

Name cartouche of the artist,
應好國貞筆　-　Painted by Ōkō Kunisada
(Ōkō was one of his pseudonys)

Censor's seal,
極　-　Kiwame - Approved

Publisher's seal,
山口　-　Yamaguchi

Carver,
彫　松嶋英齋　-　Matsushima Eisai　
(Original name; Matsushima Masakichi 松嶋政吉)
