can some tell me what the poem writing means on my plaque . i love it but do not understand . thank you

The inscription is not a poem, but two known aphorisms.
人生難逢幾知己 
雅興相披趣味方
It is difficult to find a confidant in life
Elegance is in harmony with taste
乙丑年王大凡畫於珠山
In the Year of Wood-Buffalo (1925) painted by Wang Dafan at Zhushan

need some help on the last picture. there were 2 plaques we purchased along time ago from a friends collection we just love them .this placque is huge large . thanks nagy

The first plaque that bears the mark of Wang Dafan is definitely not by his hand.
He is a very sought after artist and hence many copies are on the market.
