Inscriptions in my reading and rough translation;
亭臺傍水涯玉露涇風色
無心狎鷗羣有懐沂明日
却訝水紅花點破秋波碧
甲辰清和夏月撫久待法意
耕煙散人 王翬
Pavillion with terrace and jade dew on the waterfront of the Jing River
A flock of careless gulls are feeling something about the future on the Yi River
However, I was surprised that the bright red water flowers broke the blue autumn ripples
