Subject:Translation and info two small fabric art books

Hi all - I'm hoping someone can help me with a translation for the characters on two small books with floral and bird scenes. Primarily I'd like to know what the titles are as pictured, and the artists signature as well.

Any other additional information would be most helpful. Thank you!

Also for anyone who is interested,there is a stamp that says "Chinese Handmade Picture Made in CHIND (sic)" which i thought was interesting. Also some more paintings...

Is there anyone that can read the arctists seal in the bottom right hand corner? I'm curious what it says. Thanks All!

It is not the artist's seal, but just a so-called corner seal. Meaning;
恭画　Gonghua - Respectfully painted
