Could someone please help me with Identifing the seal and does anyo
ne know what could the number on top of seal mean?

the number is an inventory number, the seal refers to the scroll as a product of Rongbaozhai, traditionally an antique and art supply store in Beijing that since the 1950s became known for high quality woodblock reproductions of 20th century Chinese paintings. From the painting title, the scroll these are attached to is a reproduction Xu Beihong painting of two horses drinking water.

The seal reads 榮寶齋印製. I am a long-time admirer of RongBaoZhai but I can't remember ever seeing this seal before. I think it must be from some time ago, possibly pre-WW2.

Others may have other opinions.

It's an amazing wood print of grazing horses by Xu Beihong. I am not exactly sure how to find a value of these, but I know I shouldn't be asking on this forum, so I won't :) I will keep looking.

Thank you again. One more question. Would it be possible for this still to be a real painting not a print? From reading about Xu Beihong I know that he was closely connected to the RongBaoZhai studio. I must say that it is amazingly looking like a painting! Could the seal of the studio be there as a collectors seal? Thank you.
