I've not previously seen this type of image showing Vishnu and Avatar Varaha together but having traveled in Indonesia would speculate it might be from Java, as the headdress suggests that regional style to me more than the other possibilities, mainly India, the source of Buddhism, and Cambodia.

I've attached a modern version of Javanese carving in wood of Vishnu on his conveyance Garuda, seeking sinners to punish.
