Posted By: Carlos Sat, Jan 14, 2023 IP: 75.161.242.148 I hope that someone can provide some info on this Set of 2 Antique Japanese Porcelain Hand Painted Geisha / Bijin Guinomi Sake Cups or Sauce Bowls. They are Hand Made and vary slightly in size from each other. One still has a fine woven basket cover. Small footed bowls like Sakazuki bowls. Hand Painted overglaze with a Geisha, red decor and a blue green border. The rims have a brown oxide treatment for strength and the feet have a black treatment for strength. One is Approx. 2.4" Diameter X 0.9" Tall. The other is Approx. 2.5" Diameter X 1" Tall. |
