Subject:Black Satin Bud Vase ID please

Hi I would love some help to ID this little vase.

Chinese or Japanese?

It is porcelain & has a black satin surface glaze with lots of little blue hand applied base charector marks to the base. Would love to know the meaning

Only 5" tall
