Pic.1, is fake or a copy
Signature,
呂紀 - Lǚ Jĭ
Collector`s seal,
訓忠之家 - Xùnzhōng`s House

Lü Jĭ was a Ming Dynasty bird-and-flower painter.
Date of birth and death unknown.
According to some sources the seal of "Xùnzhōng`s House" was used by Kē Jiŭsī
柯九思 1290-1343 landscape painter, calligrapher and collector of cultural relics during the Yuan Dynasty. Something seems to be wrong. The Yuan Dynasty preceded the Ming Dynasty.

Pic,2,
The seal is too far and dim to read.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Pi.2, Seal (Right lower corner)
癸卯與閃 - Year of Water-Rabbit gives a spark

Looks like a leisure seal. (Unidentifiable)
