Subject:I would like some help to date and Help with signatures

This painting is in a folio or fold out cover. The folio has large Calligraphy on the cover (last photo) and smaller Calligraphy on the inside of the cover. The painting is also signed. Looks to be old as the painting has some stain marks on it. Any help with translation will be much appreciated. Thanks
