Might anyone be able to translate the calligraphy and tell me anything about the red seals on this bamboo painting? Thank you

清影揺風　　　　-　The clear shadows shake in wind
一九八ニ年秋月　-　1982 Autumn Month
傳柱寫　　　　　-　Painted by Chuanzhu
Upper seal,
孟　　 -　Meng - Surname of artist
Middle seal,
I can't decipher it.
Lower seal,
傳柱　　-　Chuanzu - Given name of artist
Leisure seal,
高風亮節　-　Noble character and unquestionable integrity

Meng Chuanzu 孟傳柱 1939-2017
Was a famous painter and calligrapher. Born at Tai'an, Shandong. Graduated from Shandong College of Art in 1963. Was a professor at the Fine Arts Department of Taishan University. Retired in 1985. His works have won many national and provincial gold, silver and bronze awards. His works are widely collected.
