Subject:Marked porcelain dish

I recently purchased this porcelain dish. Someone helped me translate the text on the lid and said it reads "fired during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty". Is this a more recent reproduction? Any information about the time period or what this dish is intended for is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!

Definitely not made during the Qianlong period. Made in the last decade.
