Is this vase 19th century. Hope someone can help.

In short no it's not 19th C. It's 20th/21st Century.

It would help to see a clear picture of the foot, but tentatively I would venture to say your vase is a late 20th or 21st century Chinese export product for the decorative ceramics market.

The apocryphal Qianlong mark on the base was applied by transfer and partially burned off in the kiln. No need to change the previously stated dating.
