Subject:Eagle Feeding Chicks Painting For Artist ID & Possible Date

Not counting the frame the painting is itself is 14 inch X 35.5 Inch. Has some water damage and a artist mark which I am unable to find. All help is welcome. Thanks to all .....

It was preserved in pretty great shape until there was a flood in the basement, recently!!! :(

Hey Tony .... I purchased this as is with the water damage. I do not know how it happened however if you do I would appreciate how.
To me it is nicely done and I will be checking out what it will cost to have this restored...
