The mark reads literally down and across from the top right as ‘Made by by Zhu Yong Ji’ (Zhu yong ji zao - 朱永記造). It is further translatable as ‘Made under the registered mark of Zhu Yong’. Probably dates to the late nineteenth century.

It was common during this period for producers to register their products at the ‘Yamen’ (district government office) as a copyright of sorts.

Best regards,

Bill H.
