Art-name of indeterminate origin, or could be the title of the painting, if it is of a mountain.
The seal is illegibly smudged.
清山 Qingshan (Chinese) Seizan (Japanese) Cheongsan (Korean)
Meaning: ca.Quiet mountain

With regards,
I.Nagy

the two character brush-written inscription reads 'Qingshan ' (清山). I can't read the intaglio red stamp.

This may be Qingshan Scenic Area, a mecca for tourists in northern Jiangxi. It stands 921.3 meters high in the middle of Ruichang City.

There also are other places with this name in China, but Ruichang City seems to be the most popular. See embedded website link below.

Best regards,

Bill H.
