Subject:Scroll with Pandas identifying writtings

Curious about the writtings on the a scroll with two pandas. the one in the original ox is the same as the one below the scroll and there's another, probably signature.

the date is 1959 (Yi jiu wu jiu 一九五九) and I believe the artist name is Wu Huaren (Wu hua ren - 吴化人). I Nagy will have to take care of the rest.

The artist is Wu Zuoren. Many forgeries around though....

Upper seal,
涇川呉氏　Master Wu of Jingshui
Lower seal,
作人　　　Zuoren

Both inscriptions are the same,
吴作人竹林熊猫　Wu Zuoren, Groves of bamboo with panda(s)

Wu Zuoren 吴作人　1908-1997
Famous guohua and oil painter. Studied under Xu Beihong.
