和潤 Herun - Harmonious and mellow
辛辰年秋月於古陽羡 - In Autumn Month of the Year of Metal-Rooster （1981）at Ancient Yangxian
This is a contemporary Yixing teapot.
Yixing once was called Yangxian County, so the pottery produced here also was called Yangxian pottery.After the advent of Zisha, it was also known as Yangxian Zisha Pottery
Unfortunately I can't read the one character signature on the left side.
