Hi All,
Hoping for a translation of the calligraphy and seal written on the face of the tomobako, and on the sheet of paper which both came in the purchase of a Bizen ware jar. For proper sizing the photos, the sheet of paper is shown in two parts, right and left halves which might be easier to read this way.

Bizen ware was first produced in the area of Ibe、 in present-day Bizen City during the Heian period, when high-quality clay was fired at high temperatures for a long period of time to produce fine stoneware, which was refined in the Kamakura period to produce the Bizen ware prized today.Richness of the clay and the generosity of the style were incorporated into tea utenils by our ancestors and used in everyday life, most notably by the rulers of the time.
