Hello, I was wondering if anyone can ID this silver mark on a silver tea set? I believe it is Chinese export.

上方九霞新記　- Shang Fangjiuxia Xinji - New Maek on Fangjiuxia
Fangjiuxia was the largest silver department store in Shanghai`s Nanjing Road opened in 1911. After the end of the WWII it swas reopened under the above new name.

Having read through several Chinese language sites, I can say that the　Fang Jiuxia silverware shops in Shanghai used the following marks;
1880 - 裕記　Yuji　（Abundant Mark）
1911 - 成記　Chengji (Accomplished Mark)、永記　Yongji(Eternal Mark), 新記　Xinji (New Mark),
1945 - 昌記　Changji (Prosperous Mark)

Your tea set bears the following mark;
上方九霞新記　Shang(hai) Fang Jiuxia Xinji (New Mark)
i.e. it was made between 1911 and 1945.

Your export silver was made by Fang Jiu Xia, Shang Hai (c1880-1925).
