Subject:Conjoined Waterfowl Blue White

These apepar to be vintage, but the chipped areas and the fully painted chest are making me wonder. Most I see do not have as full painting nor are the eyes done as neatly. Some other things, but just enough eye test to show and ask here. It bears a spurious looking mark but the bottom appears slightly "different" only slightly the common ones all over the internet although they don't look exactly like older ones either. 20th C?
Any info would be appreciated.
