Subject:Single Sheet of Chinese Text

Some time ago someone from an auction house suggested this text is printed and ca. 18thC. Any opinions about its age and whether it may be hand-written or printed would be greatly welcomed. Also I'd be very interested to know about the nature of the text - whether religious, secular, literary etc. It measures 17 x 22cm, and is laid down on slightly thicker paper.
