Your print is the left sheet of a half-length actor kabuki print by Chikashige. Date is Meiji 14 (= 1881).
What you see is the actor name Nakamura Jusaburō [III] (中村寿三郎) and the role name shimobe (= servant) Sakuzō (下部作蔵) (the actor on the top).
The signature of the artist only is on the right sheet of the triptych.
