Subject:Meiji Era Large Satsuma Charger

Hi All,
Just bought this wonderful Satsuma charger. It's quite large (14") and heavy. I'd greatly appreciate any help on identifying the artist/Kiln on the back of the charger, and the calligraphy on the front. Thanks much!
