甲子秋始　-　In the Beginning of Autumn of the Year of Wood-Rat (1924)
竹峰　　　-　Chikuhō
Upper seal,
雄印　　　-　Seal of Takeshi (or Nori) - Probably original given name of artist
Lower seal,
竹峰　　　-　Chikuhō - Art-mame

Nagano Chikuhō 永野竹峰
Nanga painter of the Taishō and early Shōwa eras.
