隆慶元年 - Longqing yuannian - First Year of the Longqing Era (1567)
Longqing is a title of reign 1567-1572 of Zhu Zaihou, the 12th Emperor of the Ming Dynasty.
This era only lasted six years, so there were not many handed down porcelains with year marks.

With regards,
I.Nagy

It looks like a very irregular rendition of 隆慶元年 (Long qing yuan nian), "First year of Longqing".
This was the 13th Ming Emperor, who reigned from 1567-1572. Anyway, apocryphal whatever it is. No overlaps to indicate that the double circles or characters were made by a traditional brush.
