Please help with the translation and identification of the marking and seal, on the bottom of a Celadon vase.

Factory Mark,” Qu Zhu-Yong”.

Thanks Sue. Which part is the factory mark? The red seal or the black text? Is it Japanese or Chinese? Can you please write the original text here?

I believe I might have finally deciphered the red seal correctly as reading down and across from the right as "Dongguang/Eastern Brilliance Pottery Molders/Molding" (Dong guang tao zhen - 東光陶甄). There is a Dongguang/東光 county at Cangzhou/滄州 in Hebei, which province is well known for its ceramics industry. Otherwise, there are no Google hits in China on the name I believe is conveyed in the seal. This leaves open the possibility that the celadon vase might have been made in Japan or Korea.

Thank you very much I.Nagy for the useful info. If Korean then it looks to be in the old alphabets. Does it means it was made before 1950?

Using of Chinese characters (Hanja) does not mean necessarily that it was written before the 1950s.
In the field of ceramics even today the vast majority of markings are done with Chinese characters.
This tendency is mostly the same with painters.
The problem is that the Chinese characters have been completely banished from the Korean internet (Google etc.)services - so the identification of things is impossible in many cases.
