Subject:Chinese candle stand marking

Hello can anyone tell me what the marking in Chinese says? It is on an 8 inch candlestand

The mark says the same thing as printed beneath it, 'Made in China' (Zhong guo zhi zao - 中国制造), using simplified characters adopted on the Mainland after 1949. The candlestick looks to be a transfer-printed design mass-produced for export during the third quarter of the 20th century or somewhat later.

I don't collect paintings of this this apparently recent decorative type and prefer to leave most of them to more serious collectors of such such art.
