Hello,
My name is Vinayak Joshi, and I'm a resident of Bangalore, India.
I have in my possession a traditional Chinese painting, which I believe is from the Yuan or Song dynasty.
However, I'm unsure about its exact origins, and so would like to know if you could help me do so.
The painting was sold to by a British Army Officer stationed in China to my Grandfather (who also served in the Indian Army). This was during the time India was still a colony under the British Empire. I'd say that my grandfather bought the paintings somewhere in the 1940's.
