Subject:Second Uchiwa Artist?

Hello All,

I have a second uchiwa from the artist posted a week ago with no one able to help. This one has a different seal (first character 竹?) and an identical signature. It was purchased from Mitsukoshi in Showa 5. Any assistance from those able to read seals and signatures better than me (I. Nagy?) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks as always.

Signature reads,
芋銭　- Usen

He always placed a cross (十) mark under his signature, which has no special significance.

Seal,
草汁庵　-　Sōjūan　-　Pseudonym

Ogawa Usen 小川芋銭　1868-1938
