Hi All,
I'd greatly like some help identifying the artist of this print. The photos I have are poor quality and will likely prevent translation.... but maybe!

Your print is by Kawase Hasui titled "Winter Moon at Toyamagahara" (戸山ヶ原) and printed in 1931.
