Subject:Yixing tea pot

This tea pot is not signed but there is a lot of inscriptions. Probably it is some poetry but maybe there are some information about maker of the tea pot. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Inscriptions on the side,
色不異空　　Color is not different from emptiness
空不異色 Emptiness is not different from color
色即是空 Color is emptiness
空即是色 Emptiness is color
It is a quotation from the Buddhist Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra.
Unfortunately, the quality of photo
is not good enough to read certain characters on the lid.
