Subject:Chinese dream stone

Hello, I have two items that I am not very familiar with. I received them a few months ago after my grandmother passed away. I never knew they existed. I think they are very Interesting. I would be very thankful if anyone could help me gain knowledge on these. Any help will be appreciated. Please and thank you.

They are titles,

神韵　-　Shenyun - Romantic charm

重山烟云　-　Chongshan yanyun - Towering mountains, mists and clouds

The seal like markings in both cases are illegible.
