For some reasons this brand is often mistaken as Imari/Arita. Perhaps it is the patterns and styles used, but it was produced in Mino region (Gifu Prefecture)
Markings reads,
京紫龍峰 - Keishi (Kyōshi) Ryūhō
Keishi (Kyōshi) is a brand name.
Ryūhō is the name of kiln produced ceramics for Sanyō Tōki Co., Toki City, Gifu Prefecture (company went bankrupt in 2013)

With regards,
I.Nagy
