Subject:Print Identification help (possible Kawase, Hasui)

Hello, I need some help identifying these two prints. I think one of them is by Kawase, Hasui (the one with the boats), but the other one I'm not sure of. Could someone please translate them and let me know?

I can see only one picture on the screen.
Right side fringe,

Left side fringe (Handwritten),
別府の朝　　-　Beppu no asa - Morning at Beppu
昭和三年作　-　Painted in the 3rd Year of Shōwa (1928)

It is from Kawase Hasui.
