Sawada Yoshizumi 沢田吉澄　1953-
Painter from Gifu prefecture, Member of Sōtōkai

The depicted person on the scroll is "Tenjin-sama"
a.k.a. Sugawara no Michizane, who was a scholar, poet and politician in the Heian period. He is venerated as a "God of Learning" in Japan.
