Request any information you might have on the signature on this framed tile. It's not very good quality but I'd like to learn more about it.

Starting seal,
次　　-　Cì　-　Second quality
Seal,
事幸　-　(Fortunate thing) Shìxìng ?
I think it is from the 1970s.
