Subject:Antique Blue & White Dragon vase - Age please & Origins

This looks very old to my amateur eye. There are joint lines on either side which suggests it has little value and it is quite "thick". It looks hand painted. Can you please help with information on its age and the blue marks on the base, many thanks

Your bottle appears to be a wine bottle, probably made in Japan for the Vietnam during the occupation, 1935-1945, likely transfer printed.
