Hello,
Here’s a nice Japanese lidded jar with a raised winter scene. I am unable to translate the signature on the base. I would greatly appreciate your help in translating it. I believe it to be kutani. Thank you!

Bottom marking reads,
春光製　-　Harumitsu-sei - Made by Harumitsu

2nd gen.　Katō Harumitsu 加藤春光　1881-1958
Master craftsman of Seto. He was active in overseas export manufacturing.
The other marking on inside of the lid,
十九　-　19　（Number)
