状元　-　Number One Scholar (Title conferred on the one who came first in the highest imperial examination)
Back,
及第　-　Pass an imperial examination
Borttom,
宣徳年制　-　Made during the Xuande Reign
(An apocryphal four character base mark - Xuande -
title of reign - 1426-1435)

Thank you very much. For me it looks that this was maid in fourth quater of 19th. century
