these lamps the scroll spins freely i am looking for origin and maker

They are Tibetian prayer wheels. (Rotating cylinders
with prayer inscriptions.) Tibetians and Mongolians think that each time they spin the prayer wheel, the prayers are repeated. They look old, but I can't vouch for their originality. These type of "antique" bronze castings are very often forged　and are being made out to be lampstands.
