Subject:Help identifying artist behind 20th century painting - seal/signature

Hi all,

I hope someone in here can help me identify the artist behind this painting and/or any meaning from any of the signs. I think it's Chinese, but am unfortunately not sure.

It is Chinese, but a part of colophon is presumably in Ukrainian,
Ш.К.Ϲ. (Ś.K.S.) - Most probably it is an abbreviation of a school name
31.Д.1992 p - December 31. 1992 Year
(the year in Russian is г(гoд), but in Ukraninian p (piк) - here p is written)

Black character in red rectangle reads 福　(fu)
"happiness"
Signature,
紅　Hong - Surname of artist

Surname alone is not enough for identification.
