Subject:Any information appreciated

My parents have been spring cleaning and decluttering, and we were wondering if this vase is actually worth anything? Any type of information is appreciated =) I tried image searching the stamp but can’t find another that matches or pick out symbols to try and translate. It is approximately 7”x7”x3” has metallic gold colored detailing on flowers and along lip of opening to vase. Thanks in advance!!

It is Japanese Satsuma style ware, marked Bijutsu 美術 Toki 陶器 (= Art Pottery), written in stylistic way.
I have not found much info about this mark, there was a site claiming it was a division of the Noritake China Company. This company made Satsuma style items as well as Kutani style.
Regards,
Martin.
