Subject:Collaborator with Tomioka Tessai?

Hello, I have a question that hopefully will be possible to answer positively this time. A print of three generals has two signatures: one is Tomioka Tessai unless I am mistaken, and one is not intelligible to me. A second example of this signature is also attached, both pictures having enlarged signatures. I am hoping that someone on a collaboration with Tessai would be findable, but I have not yet been able to. Any help (I. Nagy?) would be greatly appreciated.

恒富　- Tsunetomi
Upper seal,
恒　　- Tsune
Lower seal,
富　　- Tomi

Kitano Tsunetomi 北野恒富　1880-1947
Painter during the Taishō and Shōwa period.
