Subject:Help with transcription Ito Chuta Sketch 476

The attached commentary by Nagashima Ryūji 長島隆二 on Itō Chūta's sketch titled "Japan, Viewed with Jealousy by the Powers" (日本列國より嫉視さる) appears to begin with the phrase 我國二對スル列國嫉視, which can roughly be translated into "the jealous hostility of the other powers toward our country..." Transcription of the Nagashima's entire commentary would be much appreciated.
With continued appreciation for your help. Irwin

Japan, Viewed with Jealousy by the Powers
The jealousy felt by other nations toward our country has reached its peak due to the attitudes of both the United States and China; the only way to reverse this situation is to completely renew our own mindset and practices.
Nagashima Ryūji

Regards.
I.Nagy
