Plan B / Basement

This is, for the time being, the final attempt at a reconstruction. It was presented at the IATS-seminar in Bergen, Norway 2016. The top of the Chakpori Hill on which the original tower was built by Thangtong Gyalpo fills up most of the basement space. This space, which had two accesses from outside and a small window, was mainly storage for medicine plants. The main stairs of this building may have also served this level, but not necessarily. This plan shows that only the foundation for the stairs above is visible on this level.
